Cookies as Corporate Gifts: What to Consider

Oct 15, 2026Oliver Joergensen

A cookie gift can thank a client, welcome a colleague or mark a project milestone. The best choice begins with how the gift will be received: one box opened together at work, or a separate gift for each person. That decision affects the product format, the information you need and the questions to ask before ordering.

Ejvinds has an existing Company Gifts service. Use it to discuss your requirements rather than assuming that the options for a normal webshop order will cover every business request.

Decide whether you are gifting or sharing

A personal gift should feel complete when one recipient opens it. For a shared team treat, think instead about how it will be set out and enjoyed. Count the people involved and choose a suitable quantity from the actual product information; a box name alone does not establish how many people it serves.

The Small Tasting Box currently lists four cookies, while the Tasting Box lists eight. These are full-size cookie selections. Cookie Bites are chocolate-covered mini cookies sold by the pack size shown on their product pages. The two formats suit different ways of enjoying a gift.

Choose ready-made or selected flavours

A ready-made tasting box gives you a listed selection without choosing every cookie. Check the current contents before deciding: a seasonal assortment may differ from a photograph or from a box you ordered before.

If you know the recipients' preferences, the cookie box builder lets you select 4 or 8 cookies. The builder is the route for choosing individual flavours; it does not mean each cookie is offered as a separate single-cookie purchase.

Check ingredients for the people receiving the gift

Before choosing, establish whether any ingredient restrictions need to be considered. Read the ingredient and allergen information for every included flavour, not only the most prominent cookie on the product photograph. A mixed box needs to be assessed as a complete selection.

If the published information does not answer a relevant question, ask Ejvinds before ordering. Do not infer suitability from a flavour name or treat dark chocolate, a plain-looking cookie or a different topping as proof that a product meets a dietary requirement.

Give delivery planning its own conversation

For Germany, Austria or Sweden, provide the destination country and the date you would like the gift to be received. Ask the bakery to confirm what is possible for that order, including production time and the available delivery arrangement. An event date is useful planning information; it is not an agreed delivery guarantee.

For more than one recipient or address, confirm the practical arrangement before collecting or sending a recipient list. Agree how many parcels are required, who will receive them and what contact information is needed. Do not assume that multi-address distribution, a particular delivery service or cross-border business terms are included automatically.

Make the message worth reading

A short, specific thank-you usually says more than a slogan. Mention the project, milestone or help you are acknowledging, and make it clear who the gift is from. Keep customer information and confidential details out of any example message.

The webshop offers an optional gift note in its ordering flow. For a business order, ask how messages can be handled and confirm the displayed or quoted charge. A gift note is separate from custom logo printing or branded packaging; discuss any such request directly rather than assuming it is available.

Prepare a useful enquiry

  • State the occasion and whether the gifts are individual or for a shared table.
  • Give the approximate quantity, destination country and preferred receipt date.
  • Name the product formats you are considering.
  • Raise ingredient questions before committing to a selection.
  • Ask about packaging, messages, delivery arrangements and invoicing for your order.
  • Request a confirmed quotation covering the agreed products and services.

You do not need to solve every detail before asking. A clear brief makes it easier to decide whether a ready-made box, a custom selection or Cookie Bites is appropriate.
