Christmas Cookie

Christmas Cookie – developed by our confectioner apprentice Andrea


Our Christmas cookie consists of a soft and delicious plain cookie filled with pure, authentic marzipan, giving it that classic taste of Christmas. It is then coated with silky-smooth nougat and finally covered in perfectly tempered Belgian white chocolate.
The inspiration comes directly from traditional Christmas confectionery – just in cookie form.

Ingredients: Wheat Flour, Butter, Sugar, Brown Sugar, Eggs, White Chocolate, Palm Oil, Milk Powder, Milk Sugar, Milk, Cocoa Butter, Emulsifier E472a, Sunflower Lecithin, Soy Lecithin, Vegetable Oil (Palm, Sunflower, Palm Kernel, Coconut), Marzipan, Nougat, Hazelnuts, Almonds, Anhydrous Milk Fat, Barley Malt Flour, Sugar Syrup, Glucose Syrup, Inverted Sugar, Baking Powder, Salt, May contain traces of nuts, Natural Flavours, Thickener (E466).
